Jim has an extensive understanding of estate administration. He is a seasoned mediator, able to cut through contentious issues and bring parties to a resolution avoiding expensive litigation. In addition to his estate practice Jim has a broad wills and trusts practice. Jim obtained his Honors B.A. from Queen's University in 1969, became a Chartered Accountant in 1972 and began working with Price Waterhouse. In 1978 he received his law degree from University of Toronto and was called to the bar in 1980. Jim is not accepting new clients and files but his experience and knowledge is available to the firm when required.
